Erin devotes most of her free time to her fur baby Churro, a sassy and comedic Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Churro enjoys digging giant holes on the beach, barking at the neighbors, and pretending he's never eaten a meal in his life.

Bedside Reading

1984 became Erin's favorite book when she discovered it in seventh grade, and she has read it at least once yearly since then. Simply flip open its pages to discover why the power of language has long been her passion.
