Carol L. Felton brings more than three decades of experience building, managing, and protecting corporate reputations across the global technology sector. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leadership teams to craft compelling narratives, navigate moments of change, and position organizations for long-term credibility and growth in highly competitive markets.


Her work spans the full company lifecycle, from guiding early-stage startups through successful market entry to supporting companies as they scale, mature, and ultimately prepare for IPO. Carol is known for her ability to translate complex technologies into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with investors, customers, employees, and the media alike.


In addition to her success with emerging companies, Carol has played a key role in revitalizing and strengthening established global technology brands. She has led integrated communications strategies that modernize brand perception, reinforce market leadership, and align communications with evolving business priorities.


Carol spent 15 years at Weber Shandwick, where she held senior leadership roles across regional and global accounts. As Client Relationship Leader for Agilent Technologies, she directed comprehensive PR programs across multiple markets, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and ensuring consistent, high-impact communications worldwide.


She also led Weber Shandwick’s Emerging Companies Group, where she advised numerous startups on positioning, launch strategies, and sustained growth. In this role, Carol helped founders and leadership teams define their voice, sharpen their messaging, and build visibility at critical inflection points—laying the groundwork for lasting success.
