Tanita is a global citizen and a world-class brand transformation leader. She has over 20 years of strategic corporate brand and marketing experience, having lived and worked around the world, both on the client and agency side, managing local, regional and international teams.

She is inspired to work with 'thinking' brands that are making conscious and considered choices about their impact on humanity and reworking their brand DNA code of ethics to include a humanitarian view.

Given her breadth of experience from guiding startups into the mainstream to building and leading transformative sales, marketing and brand growth organizations (both corporate and NGOs), Tanita's skill set is unique, adaptable and applicable to any environment. She values courage and tenacity as tenets to drive real change and positive impact and has worked with both bootstrapped modest budgets as well as managed over USD250 million dollar budgets. Ultimately, it is about delivering results that matter.

Some of her senior leadership roles include the following:

• Executive Director of Marketing, Dubai Design District, (d3), Tecom Investments, a purpose-built master-plan destination in Dubai dedicated to housing the design community, comprising commercial, hospitality, art, design and real estate properties.

• Executive Brand Director and Head of Corporate Communications, Majid Al Futtaim, a USD10 billion conglomerate famous for its Ski Dubai brand in Dubai, amongst other iconic brands, with a presence in over 18 countries.

• Executive Client Director & New Business with The Brand Union (now known as Superunion), a global branding and digital marketing consultancy which is part of the WPP Group, the world's largest marketing and design company.

• Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Public Relations with Gemalto (now known as Thales), a digital security company with a presence in over 180 countries.

Tanita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Monash University. She also volunteers her time working with NGO brands.
